Citrulline is an amino acid that is converted to L-arginine in the body during the urea cycle, alongside the other amino acid L-ornithine. Supplementing with citrulline is a more effective way to raise arginine levels and enhance nitric oxide (NO) production in the body, rather than supplementing with arginine. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it causes blood vessels to widen, increasing blood flow and circulation without increasing blood pressure. This can help support muscle recovery, and improved shuttling of nutrients to muscles.

How to Use
Citrulline Malate: 1 scoop 1 to 2 time(s) per day. Mix product in 250 – 500 mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
Creatine HCL: Take 2 capsules twice daily. Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g., coffee, cola, etc.). OR Take 4 scoops of Creatine HCL daily. (Take 1 scoop 4 times a day.) Mix 1 scoop of Creatine
HCL powder with 125–150 mL (4–5 oz) of water immediately before consumption. Take separately from products containing caffeine
